  • Yes. All customs, duties, and taxes aren't included in our shipping prices. You are responsible for any fees that may apply.

  • We offer flat-rate shipping on all our orders. Once you add the items you'd like to purchase, head over to your cart, and there will be a shipping estimation calculator.

  • All orders come with a tracking number except our "un-tracked" shipping options for orders under $50 within Canada. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with all your tracking info. Be sure to check your junk mail folder just in case; they can sometimes end up there.

  • On infrequent occasions, this can happen. Please let us know as soon as you suspect anything, and we'll look into it immediately.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • I do. You have 30 calendar days to return the jewelry from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for shipping costs. Once I receive the jewelry, I will inspect it and notify you. If everything looks good I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • Unfortunately, as soon as you put through your order, it's sent to the studio to be processed. We don't offer cancellations, so please ensure you're 100% confident about your purchase before hitting BUY.
